Since 1999 Ryan has led the Carpenter Realtors Client Service Center and is the liaison to all national accounts, relocation companies, and members of The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World brokerage network. Ryan’s CSC team provides local clients, corporations, and Carpenter agents with a broad range of services and support.

Ryan is a member of the Indiana Relocation Council, the Employee Relocation Council, the Relocation Director’s Council, and currently serves as the Chairman of the US Domestic Advisory Committee for The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and formerly chaired their Mentor Program. He is a regular speak at industry events and national conferences regarding relocation, real estate, internet lead management, social networking, and team building.

Prior to Carpenter, Ryan had grown up around the real estate business as his mother started in 1978. After graduating from the Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance and Real Estate, Ryan moved to the nation’s capitol. In Washington DC, he started his relocation career at Associates Relocation Management Company (now Prudential Relocation). While at ARMC, he counseled FBI, Secret Service, and other government agents through domestic relocations. Ryan also managed corporate owned inventory and traveled extensively throughout the continental United States and Hawaii for properties inspections and onsite real estate company visits. Ryan later moved to Memphis, TN for an opportunity at Primacy Relocation. There he managed the NIKE relocation account and served as one of Primacy’s first client services managers.

Ryan lives in Indianapolis with his wife and son where he enjoys golf, bowling and auto racing.
